Our volunteers have already intercepted this truck, some dogs are dying of hunger, thirsty and Canine Distemper. Some dogs have collars on, they were stolen by dogs dealers apparently. This truck is now detained at local police station, however, local policemen said that they don¡¯t have ground for detaining the truck for long time, the truck stuffed with dogs can be detained only for one hour, after that should let it go.
