The enforcement of United States due process Clause /Pa. CONSTITUTION

The ward is operating in secrecy and not affording the same budgetary effects
for the minority section for over 25yrs
of being denied due process and equal protection clause of the United States we want our library, restored the park restored, between 7th and 8th to which was changed into a garden with no consultation on the resident of 7th st South Philly.
We want authority over our own community
people that manipulate federal Grant, housing,
Medical, zoning information gaining access to due process the rest of the ward and it's leaders must open the records of the federally/state funding for local residents of the ward like the residents of 2nd and greenwhich 2nd Snyder 16th Oregon ave 11th Mifflin all to which to name a few and represents egregious due process violations for housing budget funding scamming a community residents that are United States Citizens and giving Francis carte Blanche over a minority allocating federal funds to non-United States citizens violating federal law! The auditing of the Houston Center better known as saint Martha's funded by our government and represents the neglected community no new things for the residents of the ward accountability for now the ward must be ran with due process not marionette representation action and support from consituients in said ward if requests are short cited or cast to the waist side we will vote for the insurers of our liberty see Marbury v. Madison 1 cranch( 1801).we want places for the animals to live and property for the kids to do computer cases and video games to promote a good clean and healthy inviorment
