Ask Lane Bryant to Use Plus-Size Mannequins That Actually Fit Their Clothes!

As a plus size woman, sometimes "plus size" mannequins can be offensive. For instance, Lane Bryant's smallest sized clothing doesn't even fit their mannequins!

When I go into a Lane Bryant store, I see that they have to pin the shirts in the back to fit the mannequins. I even checked the tag for the size, because I was shocked and assumed the shirt was a larger size and thus needed to be pinned. Nope. Their smallest.

Lane Bryant is essentially using false advertising by altering their clothing to make it fit smaller mannequins. How can women feel confident in their clothes if Lane Bryant can't even use plus-size mannequins that are curvy enough to wear their own clothes properly?

I have suffered from self-esteem issues and recently lost 70 pounds, but the thoughts never leave you. Small things like this become large things when you feel small already.

Please sign my petition to urge Lane Bryant to use plus-size mannequins that actually fit their smallest clothing sizes!
