On-screen Helpline on ITV for Deaf viewers!

When watching ITV programmes with storylines that have an effect on viewers, there is a voice over at the end of the show offering help and advice.

However, there is no on-screen display or mention in captions/subtitles to enable deaf/hearing impaired viewers to receive the same information.

The point to such important storylines is to reach out to viewers and offer help, but those without the means to hear the voice over are not being reached. This has to be rectified as Deaf/hearing impaired viewers can be or know someone who does/may need help.

If you agree we need to see a change, please sign and share this petition. Once we have a lot of signatures, this will be published to ITV. I have tried to contact them numerous times regarding this but have been ignored.

If we can get enough people on side, ITV will have to listen.

Thank you for your help!
