Stop removal of exterior window gates

As shareholders we were never formally informed if the board if directors decision to remove our exterior window gates which protect us from forced entry. We live on the ground floor on top of the garage, which is easily accessible to invaders. Also we are being told to expense the gates to the interior of the unit.
