Demand End to Human Torture via Military Weapons

I am not the only one enduring cruel human torture and experimentation. I have been implanted with a military device/application/weapon that allows the terrorists/perpetrators/controllers to send shocks and pain to any and all parts of my body. With this device which violates all of my human rights, they can also hear and see everything I do as if looking through my very own eyes. They are also able to vibrate my entire body from the inside in order to make me hear every vile and abusive thing they say. This technology is real and it not only exists, it is being grossly abused. It is time the government agencies come forward and acknowledge the existence of these torture weapons and be held accountable.
