Prosecute Serona West for providing a known violent felon with a gun and promoting domestic violence

Serona West should be held accountable for providing Shane Craig, a know violent felon, with a gun. Not only did she provide him with a gun but she has been harassing and threatening my kids and I for over a year now because I had spoken out about Shane (who is my ex and my son's father) abusing me and trying to force me to buy him guns in my name. Not only was he trying to get his hands on guns but also on assault riffles to use to committ crimes, and also made jokes about shooting up a McDonalds. I was posting under a twitter name that was made up and not my own and I never used names, however she had been stalking me and my children online for a long time and called my ex's name to it by creating an account pretending to be him to harass us. Not only was she lying and harassing us thinking she could silence me over the guns, but she was also trying to push Shane and our son into a physical fight in which she used Shanes account to then threaten our sons life knowing she had provided him with exactly what I had tried to keep him from getting, a gun. It's unknown exactly how many guns she had provided him with. Serona had more than a dangerous obsession over Shane having to pay me back child support, so much that after he was arrested and put in jail for non payment she lost it online for days, non stop harassing my & shanes son and I. A few days before our last support hearing she thought she would once again make it known that she thought she controled if he was allowed to pay his support. At what turned out to be the last support hearing that shane & I both would attend Shane told the judge to set it up to take his payments out of his new jobs check. This was brought out later on in the day after the twitter account pretending to be him shot up in tweets (which always meant it was posting lies) so I posted the truth of what happened. It was later found out that Shane had given her the wrong address for where my kids and I were suppose to be (mailing address) and that she had went past this address attempting to harass and threaten my kids before she thought I could make it home.

The account had also posted that they would get my new address (once I left the state) to continue to stalk, harass, & threaten my kids and I. It's still unknown what she was planning or thought she would make Shane do as to why he purposly gave her the wrong address for us, but with the past threats it's obvious. Two days after our support hearing, and her finding out that he had obviously went against her wishes and set the support up to be taken out of his new jobs pay check Shane was dead, supposedly taken his own life in front of her with a, or one of the guns she had provided him. The type of crimes my ex was planning, he had also located protective gear that would protect from police bullets he said. My ex isn't one to take his own life, and even planned to make sure police didn't, he was afraid to die.With them physically stalking us and threatening our lives with a sister of mine this gun could have been used to kill myself or one of my kids. She should also be investigated for his death and not just rule it as a suicide. She also claimed to have filed a false battery report on him may of 2013 "just incase", then tried to use his court appearance and her dropping charges to pretend I was the one bringing the charges and charges being dropped proved I was lying about everything. While pretending to be my ex online she was not only threatening my and my kids lives but she also kept telling me and other victims of domestic violence to "Kill Ourselves" when they wouldn't agree with that accounts posts

Domestic Violence is bad enough when the man is actually doing it, but for the mans new woman to become more dangerously obsessed with his ex and child than he is takes violence to a whole new dangerous level. Not only was she doing it, but she has made one of her sons just as violent. I found out her son was stalking my online profiles as well after I had posted the link to Shanes Obituary and he showed up following my profile all of a sudden. He also thought he would physically confront my son at Shanes funeral. This boy has serious issues over his father not being in his life and serona made it worse by jumping from man to man with the "here's your new daddy son" and then what she did to us as herself and pretending to be Shane. My son and Shanes relationship was already bad but this woman pretended to be his father to make him think he hated him and then forever took his father away from the world.

She's lied and pretended that the said gun used was at her sisters and he got it from her house with out her knowledge but I have proof that says different. The account under his name had many posts talking about all of them going out shooting, His account posted photo's of guns, taken at her house, and I have been sent a screenshot of her son firing a gun not long before he and Shane were arrested and charged with 6 felony counts 5 for Robbery, and 1 for Theft. He had access to who knows how many firearms the entire time. All while they were physically stalking us and threatening to kill us.

This woman is mentally unstable and to provide a known violent criminal with a firearm and harassing their kid over child support and pushing Shane to do things, and continue to lie, could have ended with our sons death instead if she had gotten her way. She should also be investigated over his death and not just believed "he shot himself" because she claims so. Shane is now dead, and she still walks free to continue all she's done for the last year and a half. If she provided him with illegal firearms she may very well be intending to continue with whatever they had planned. Spending over a year to try to silence me about him and guns shows she knew all along I was telling the truth and she was ok with his plans. How many other felons might she provide with guns if she's not charged now.

This petition is not about a fight with an ex's new woman. I am the one who ended the relationship with Shane and also had a no contact order on him through his parole officer (he was released from prison aug 4 2011 for a crime that ended a mans life and also involved a gun) until his parole ended and this started right away. This IS about a mentally unstable woman who provided a known violent felon a gun while also pushing for physical altercations between my son and his father and threatening my kids lives. His death by firearm made it clear that it could have been my son or even my daughter instead of my ex, her next bf's ex/kids may not get as lucky.

It is against federal law to provide a known felon with an illegal firearm and others are prosecuted for doing exactly that, Serona should not get to slip by because she knows the ex prosecutor and other city officials.
