save Jam Imani Rad's oasis from jobsworths

This pensioner has spent his time and own money creating an oasis in an urban wasteland, so that fellow occupants can enjoy a green space outside of their block of stark flats, only to be told by some jobsworth desk jockey to destroy his work , now it is finished,
People need spaces like this and even though he has a petition from the residents has still been told to destroy his hard work, - and loose all the money from his funeral fund that he spent to create this garden. I am lucky enough to live with greenery all around me , but most people aren't, and it is good for the soul, especially in industrialized areas
