Make Chickens Legal in Kemmerer

This petition will be presented to the city council and mayor of Kemmerer, WY to make raising and keeping chickens legal. This will present opportunity for the residents of Kemmerer, Wyoming to have the experience of family responsibility and welfare.

The change would make it legal to keep and raise hens (no roosters) within city limits. A limit (perhaps 8) would be set forth. Chickens could not be for commercial use or gain.

Rabbits (also with a limit, perhaps 6) would also be legal to keep and raise within city limits.
