When one human being kills another human being the crime is murder. When a political decision causes the deaths of innocent human beings, the crime is genocide.

I want some public debate on the American Senate health care bill to discuss whether the deaths due to the loss of health care constitute GENOCIDE.

Now I think there should be an emergency restraining order to halt all further action on the Senate health care bill until a court can make a determination on the issue of whether deaths due to the political choice of taking health care away from innocent human beings is an act of genocide or not an act of genocide,

Please file an Emergency Injunction to stop any further proceedings on the Senate health care bill until it can be determined if the bill will cause an act of GENOCIDE upon innocent human being American citizens.

Where a human being causes the death of another human being, outside of a war, the crime is murder. When a government causes the deaths of innocent human beings, inside or outside of a war, the crime is genocide. The national group I am discussing is the group of innocent human being American citizens who today have health care coverage and should the senate health care bill pass will no longer have health care coverage. No longer be capable of having life threatening conditions treated; the outcome being the deaths of these innocent human being American citizens.
Numerous sources speak to the number of innocent human being American citizens who will die as a result of passing the senate health care bill. Senator Warren calls the money saved from passage of the senate health care bill “blood money.” Senator Sanders charges the senate health care bill to be an “act of murder.” The Senators statements have been made to the full Senate. All of the senators looking at the senate health care bill are aware of the deaths that will come to innocent human being American citizens should they vote in favor of the senate health care bill.
Depraved heart murder is a state law and it occurs where one human being with absolute indifference causes the death of another human being. Passing the senate health care bill is a depraved heart act, the result of a governmental body acting in a way that they knowingly cause the death of innocent human being American citizens is the crime GENOCIDE.
Please block any further discussion on the senate health care bill with an emergency injunction until such time as the court can determine if moving forward and passing the senate health care bill will or will not be an act of GENOCIDE.
