Remove the word "retarded" from the Tennessee Government website

Very ashamed that the word "retarded" appears on the Tennessee gov. website.
I propose that it be removed. Mentally impaired is more acceptable. The use of the word "retarded" is a derogatory word that we as residents of the great state of Tennessee do not wish to be associated with.

"199 Permanent Mentally Challenged
Must be receiving SSI benefits due to mental retardation. $10.00 -" concerning fishing licences for disabled people. Why must the word be used?  

It appears many places throughout the government site.
