Sibiria´s Forests are burning without an end it seems, due to land clearing by the farmers by fires

Sibiria´s forests seem to be burning without an end, and all caused by farmers who want to clear the land with fires, so far already 25 humans died, they said in the German TV news today, that´s horrible and has to be stopped!!! I know Sibiria has an own President, but you don´t seem to be able to contact him, found nothing, so I adressed the petition to Mr. Vladimir Putin, he could contact the Sibirian President for sure.
