STOP THE GENOCIDE OF UNBORN BABIES- PASS THE HEARTBEAT BILL!
I am going to introduce the HeartBeat Bill in CA, starting with a petition for signatures. The HeartBeat Bill is a Law that has passed in several states such as Ohio, GA, etc... Basically, stating that if a heartbeat is detected, the baby is legally protected from abortion - i.e., it is a crime to abort a baby with a heartbeat (absent a serious threat to the mother).
Since Roe V Wade of 1973, there has been an estimated 60,069,971 and roughly 19+ million Black babies alone that have been murdered (exterminated, genocide, eliminated) in the United States of America. Abortion is murder and even more Genocide just like the Holocaust was genocide against the Jews and genocide throughout the world in other countries; for ethnicity, religion, sex and many other factors. Babies have as much the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as the rest of us. In China, when a baby is determined to be a girl, that baby is aborted = murdered because of her sex. Where are her rights as a female?
In the case of rape, the baby is punished by death, through no fault of its own. Human life has been cheapened on many levels, starting at conception. When one of us is devalued, we are all devalued "All Lives Matter!". This is a war against humanity, against women, families and our communities. In addition, we want this bill to mandate that the person who committed the rape be tried for murder and subject to the death penalty since the perpetrator is the one responsible for putting the female in the position to choose to live her life without the constant reminder of the trauma of rape/abuse by having a child by the perpetrator. The perpetrator should still face trial with the maximum penalty being death and the minimum penalty of 25 years to life in prison as well as registering as a sex offender for life with the female victim entitled to State financial assistance in the raising and providing for the well-being of the child until the age of 18. Should the perpetrator ever be released from prison then he would be required to repay the State back the monies awarded to the victim through garnishment of wages to be determined by the judicial system.
Stop sanitizing the gruesome reality of abortion by calling it a "choice" or just part of "reproductive health". There is mounting evidence that proves when a baby is aborted, their human baby body parts are extracted, counted, sold or thrown away in a trash can. Many medical doctors/abortionists are speaking out and turning from their medical practice of performing these abortions because they see this heinous act and can no longer keep silent about this barbaric genocide.
Therefore, this petition is being created and its purpose is for enough signatures to be collected, a bill be created with the ultimate goal of having it pass into law as the HeartBeat Bill in CA.

Just updated the goal from 1K signatures to 100,000. This is crucial because 100,000 signatures is the min. amount needed in order to qualify for a ballot measure. Unless a CA State Legislator places it on a ballot for voting; state legislature can place a state constitutional amendment or a proposed law change on the ballot as a referendum to be approved by voting citizens.
