Because this might get us all off the hook if you are in debt & have annoying, collectors of debts owed to credit card companies. Here recently I was attacked by an outside company, their name is portfolio recovery, & they lied, cheated, & even took me to court & sued me even, meanwhile I was in a working contract with a debt consolidator. So I am bent more not less, & want blood, but will settle for them to go away & have my debt restored to new & to make the actual credit card company have to eat my & your debts off, anytime they do not handle the matter themselves. They must only go after the money they are owed, & we want people struggling to pay no interest when they fall behind. Any credit card company that does not do their own work in collecting money from us, from people in the red that have fallen behind in payments, needs to not ignore anyone who is in any consolidation process, the credit card companies must answer them immediately & agree to any terms any consolidation groups are telling the creditors. If any credit card company, from the moment from the point in time, after this petition gains the traction needed/has successful on signatures to make this a go; any credit card company that passes our personal information, or simply asks & uses any debt collectors, the forfeit the moneys we owe. This is also going to go back in time, & will forfeit any past debts, not already collected, but the ones that have not paid back will also be forfeited for the creditors passing on our debts to other companies. I feel they are in violation of the contract for giving any of our information out & away to other companies, as it is. They must collect the money we owe them creditors themselves, & we want them to drop the interests on those outstanding payments that our now, then & in future times delinquent to be without interest in order for the people to be able to pay them their money back, more effectively. I have a vision of things to come & it all matter still rather or not people want good, bad or now credit extended to them. Simple Thanks.
