There are only 880 Mountain Gorillas left on this planet. This means they are at a high risk of becoming extinct in the next few years. They are under threat due to poachers and war in the Congo, where they aren't even safe in the Wildlife Reserves. Every year dozens of Park Rangers who are trying their very best to save the Mountain Gorillas from poachers, are killed by poachers. I hope we can start setting up new programs to save the Mountain Gorillas and hopefully encourage people to become aware of the subject. Change must be made.
