Baden-Württemberg, Germany, please stop allowing fox hunt!!!

It´s unbelievable that Baden-Württemberg in South Germany, the state I live in, allows fox hunt, they even allow to trap fox pups here, as I just read in a German animal magazine this morning (Ein Herz für Tiere/A Heart For Animals), and they allow it just because they say this is to fight heartworm, but there must be a more humane way to do this, why not lay out prepared chicken heads with medicine against heartworm, like it was done with vaccinations against rabies here in the 80´s??? That was successful then, Baden-Württemberg soon was rabies-free!!!
