Dairy cows are constantly pregnant to produce milk with out a break this is stressful to a cows body. But my main issue is this a calf is born this should be a happy moment for both mother and Calf! But the farmers don't see this as a bonding moment .instead they treat the Calf like unwanted trash separating both calf and mom the Calf can't even drink any milk they take it away and dump him somewhere with the rest of the calf's who will be slaughtered in the next few days. My goal is to not separate the calf from the mom they need to be together. Until mom is ok with the separation . if the dairy cow is happy then she will produce better milk and we sure don't need hormones in our milk. I think these calfs need a better future then being turned into veal.
