No Kill shelters for New York State

To help alleviate the pain and suffering of ll stray animals.Who were once part of a family , then abandoned to the cold harsh street..by giving them shelter , food , medical care and most of all love with the possibility of adoption

To fund these no kill shelters i purpose 1 of 2 things


1. create a new lottery


there are millions of animal lovers out there who would buy this new lottery to help these poor animals out and it would help fund this and it would also add revenue to the state.


2. fund it through existing lottery
