Skinny Girl is Screaming HELP

Skinny Girl, a spunky wild eyed coyote mix, was welcomed into our home as a foster, here in Forestville, CA. Skinny Girl, actual name Leilah, came here almost feral at the age of one. Skinny Girl reached in and grabbed my heart and dug in deep. Watching her come around, learn how to go potty, to let herself be petted and shown affection. Social skills she learned from my Jakey, and the totally amazing way she bonded with my newest baby Bryskee, a 3 month old pit puppy. Couple months into being here, her family basically abandoned her. But Skinny Girl was already, in my heart, mine. The forested area where we live gave her such joy. Run Skinny Girl run! After a life in a room, isolated from all, she now was roaming hillsides with us. My Houdini kept escaping for solo runs though. At least once daily she snuck away. Even at 3am I would go searching. Sometimes, I swear, it was like she would smile when she saw me coming. Like, ah you do care about me! Dam Skinny Girl! Of course I care! It's so amazing watching the changes of a disadvantaged animal now enjoy. When she lay her head on me, trust me, my heart melted. Then I got to hug her. I love my Skinny Girl. I thought I was giving her something. Yet it was she that gave to me. But then Skinny Girl disappeared. Found on my property two days later. Dead. My guess was electrocution and RAPE. Visible inflammation. Pics taken. She had been Placed. After being bathed. Law enforcement here to save the day.. Oops that's not it. They minimize issue and walk away. Commenting to me, have a nice Day. Well look now, as Skinny Girl is still here with me. Her spirit telling of the others, many many. Serial Animal... Pet Killer roams free! Now I see so many more, ghosts of others, before her. It's making sense with actions and words spoken by neighbor, Aaron. Twisted, sick man drowning in Meth and alcohol, has been killing animals for years. But I'm getting more than that. Jennifer Love Hewitt in Ghost Whisperer...call me! I have some questions. Cause I feel humans were done too. When your trust and faith in law enforcement is almost ZERO, where do you turn? I'm turning to you! Aaron works at corner grocery, gets fresh cooked meat to entice animals with. It worked on Skinny Girl. Aaron's girlfriend confirms. We need HELP!
