I bought 2 female shi-tzu on valentines and was told within 2 weeks i would receive their papers, still havent gotten them after 4 calls. they gave me the wrong phone number so i called them all with that last name until i got the right one. they both suffered from kennel cough, i have now spent almost as much on 1 dogs care as i did for purchasing the 2. he breeds 15 different breeds of dogs which i didnt know at the time. I am appalled at the information iam gathering to give a speech over puppy mills and how they should be illegal or at least severly change the laws to help the poor animals involved
