Stop Wyoming's Anti-Whistleblower Bill!

A Humane Society undercover investigation revealed extreme abuse toward pigs at Wyoming Premium Farms in Wheatland. Video evidence showed employees punching and kicking mother pigs and swinging piglets around by their hind legs. The evidence led to several employees being fired, and nine people charged with animal cruelty.

The video moved Rep. Sue Wallis of Recluse to sponsor House Bill 126, which would establish a new misdemeanor that could sentence convicts to six months in jail and/or a fine up to $750. Unfortunately, the measure would punish undercover investigators, not animal abusers.

House Bill 126 would enable animal abusers to continue mistreating animals without punishment. Please sign the petition to convince the House of Representitives to vote against the bill!
