Approve Rosie Jean's Cafe Liquor Licence

Rosie Jean's Cafe applied for a licence to serve wine and beer with our meals.  The licence was refused.

We are appealing against this decision.  We feel that there is a need for a licensed cafe to serve alcohol in this area and if you agree with this assertion we ask that you support us in our struggle to bring this facility to users of the cafe.
