I Demand That Log Trucks be responsible for totaling some one car on a forest service Road

They are logging above us on Bear crk rd in Otis Oregon, I live at 4059 bear crk rd..last address..I was going down the hill morning of 17 of December to work,came around corner at 3395 bear crk rd and log truck in the whole road,cutting that corner coming up the hill...He totaled my 1972 super beetle and they are claiming is a 50 50 no fault. Because there's no lines on the road to say who was in who's lane...I would like logging company's to be responsible for the damage they do to people on their way to work..I was not hurt thank God for my steel car and bumper..saved my life
