Just prior to my departure to Haiti in January, I read about a whale that had died due to the consumption of garbage. Where do you think the garbage is coming from?? Have you seen the shore line of the Hispaniola Island?? It is what is killing our whales. Lets get some barges and rally up the citizens of the country and volunteers from around the world. I will go again!! The world is forever sending money to Haiti and the progress is very slow. So stop complaining about the whales dying if you aren't willing to prevent it in the first place. I am sure it is not the only island like this… we have the resources and shame on us for not using them.

Slowly but surely this message is reaching people. If you travel, keep your eyes open and add the places that need this idea for cleaning up the oceans.

I am so excited to see so many country names. What a way to meet like minded people. I am so blessed to have as many signatures as I do. However, it would be nice to see more friends and family sign as well as people from the island. Please continue to pray with me.

I know the world has resources to handle this. If we have enough voices, maybe we can get the help desperately needed. I know that this will be a yearly thing until people realize that their health is also in danger with living in these conditions. I know we can make a difference by forcing these places that are complaining about the problem with our whales to step up. We can get barges and I know the communities would get together to help clean. We could help spend money where needed most.
