Justice for dogs who are getting abused and to also change /add a new law in animal abuse to be titled' Canine Rape'

in Britain, there are few changes in the law seeing what I have seen these poor dogs here and America. Man's best friend is getting beaten, set fire too sliced up left for dead and raped we need to have voices for animals who cannot raise the alarm if the semen is on the dog there must be a way of trying to prosecute the person/s
I want to be a voice for these wonderful creatures. I owe this to them we have to have stronger laws to protect the animals FULL STOP.
