Stop Animal Cruelty With Use of Horse Drawn Wagons in Vina del Mar CHILE

We are exhausted of dealing of the constant abuse of t the overworked , animal abuse and permanent cruelty and the non - supervision of any authority of the city of Viña del Mar.
We would also like to higlight that these horses are used under very poor work condition and high temperatures and overloads with no passenger limit.
