Horrible customer service

My husband called to start service with verizon/frontier in the end of March. He payed the deposit fee and was told they will be out April 15th. So I asked for that day off. The day comes and no one showed up. I lost a whole day of work for this. I called the number they gave me and was hung up on three different times. Finally I was able to talk to someone and they could not find my order. Then hung up on me again. After that i called again. This time I was asured that someone will be out today to install my service. Again no one showed. Now it is April 16th and I have been on hold for 2 hours trying to find out if someone will be out today and was told. Do to a computer glitch my order was not showing up. So my services will be turned on tomorrow. We dont need the kind of company in Florida. Most people work from home and need there phone and internet. This unacceptable for everyone.
