It all started back in 2010, with the old Random Thoughts thread. Mods started archiving threads that were very popular as they took up forum space. Random Thoughts was one of them. Once it was archived, Ace Reject posted a new one - which is still alive today with over 3000 pages and nearly 4 years of conversations, games, small arguments and more.
The audience for Random Thoughts continues to grow even with its old age. Veteran members have started to move on and plenty of newbies have already filled their spots since January. New people blossom new changes - and this petition is about one that should be included.
As Ace Reject is the OP of the huge thread, we still have the same, plain first post. We, as the Random Thoughts community, simply nominate Rem to take over Ace's spot as the Random Thoughts OP (original poster.) Ace never comes into the thread while Rem is in there nearly everyday, and is the most active one in there.
All Rem will do when/if granted the position is spruce up the first post to make it look good (adding graphics and more fun stuff,) as well as edit the title once a while (just like the Pokemon thread does, but nothing against the rules will be put in there.) He will also keep the "OFF-TOPIC DISCUSSION BELONGS HERE" warning in tact, if required.
Please make this happen - it would be greatly appreciated! =)
