There was a dog named Charlie that was abandoned by a dumpster in East Haven, CT by his owner. East Haven Animal Shelter has Charlie but want to euthanize him because they are deeming him aggressive. There is a toy aggressive dog named Boomer that they are going to euthanize as well. This shelter does not get the animals outside to play regularly and the animals are neglected.
