I have had enough of being arrested by police(cops) especially for little things like being homeless, having sex out in the park, just walking on the sidewalk or sitting on the sidewalk or being told I cannot be in a certain part of town(in this case the CASTRO), hell just because you r diifferent or look suspicious you take harrassment from the cops all the time, or just because you r gay(how stupid-and I am gay of course!)they give u fines that i cannot pay back for stupid things like disobeying a traffic signal-($400.00???)i almost got arrested for murder in1991!!!(they asked what time i got back at my house)u can't get back at the cops in return.they make up charges that aren't true. i have a broken shoulder blade to date that was twisted and broken on July 7, 2008 just because i wouldn't take off my shoes when asked to(what for???) i really wanted to hit them for siding with a homophobic gay man who ran after me on the streets of San Jose', California, why they asked me to take off my shoes i'll never know...it sounded like a possible rape scene instead(#3853 in San Jose').
they never get prosecuted or they never take responsibility for their abuse toward anyone at all, maybe just a suspension TEMPORARILY!!! @ BEST. I can't see where the cops do us any good, if anything THEY R MORE CRIMINALS THAN THE REST OF US. There is no such thing as crime to me except piddly midemeanor crime. There is no such thing as a good cop. This is more like IMMORAL crime, doesn't hurt a soul at all!!! contact your state senator and tell them that real crime doesn't exist and your city attorneys. i have had it with daily harassment from them, freedom doesn't exist with them.
