We have been attending St. Casimir since my grandmother moved to California in the 1950's. I am a lawyer in the area. I recently returned to the area and found this church a wonderful supportive family church. It only became more so when Father Anuzis came to the parish, and he helped me to baptize my daughter. We will probably enter the Saturday language clases. Father is so happy and enthusiastic to be our priest (He speaks English very well now) and share the cultural activities and holiday gatherings, which we all admire. He is a complete professional in all that he has done for our parish. By his great energy and joy he has made St Casimir a lively center for young and old. I hope that some would not mistake his friendliness for anything else. We do not want to lose him over some misunderstanding. Please contact me for any further information and support for Father Stanislov Anuzis. He is a great priest, a friend and supporter of Lithuania in America.

Father Anunzis has brought my Lithuanian/American family together again in your church. He is kind and joyous and enthusiastic in celebrating our culture, our heritage and we consider him our priest, but also our friend. We celebrate all holidays at St Casimir, he has made us feel welcome because he speaks English and Lithuanian. He has baptized my grand daughter and we feel very close to the church because of his kindness, his deep love of the church and our culture--he is a true instrument of Jesus love for his people. We support him and request that he remain with St. Casimir parish. Thank you. Sincerely, Virginia Mitchell

St. Casimir's Lithuanian Catholic Church is such a big part of my life as it was for my parents and grandparents. Father Stanislovas is an integral part of St. Casimir's. When my father was in the hospital and required brain surgery, Father administered the "Anointing of the Sick" sacrament. He was a source of great solace to me and my family at that time and many times since. I personally know many ill and/or elderly people Father has visited in the hospital and at home to bring Communion, support, and comfort. Father is also very involved in our Lithuanian community. He gives the invocation at many functions and supports various parish and Lithuanian events. I am honored to have had Father Stanislovas in my home as an honored guest. His ministry at St. Casimir's is important. We need him back.

Father performed our 25th. wedding anniversay. He has been such an inspiration and a supporter, not only for us, but for the whole community and all of us that admire his concern and patience. He was there for us during my husband's long illness and for me when he passed away. Last year, without his counseling, support, masses, prayers and those of my family, friends and fellow parishinors, I don't know if I could have gone through my cancer treatments. I am currently feeling serious signs of depression with a lot of issues and I wish I had him to talk to as before. I love my God, my church and my priest. God Bless You.

Father Stanislovas Anuzis is a wonderfull priest, great at what he is doing, because he has a pation for it. If he wouldn't be there for all of us for good and bad times then, who knows if we would ever find peace. That what our priest is all about-goodness, happiness, and helping to find people peace in their lives and in their hearts. So please, dont take that away from all of us. WE need him back!!

Father S.Anuzis is our most beloved priest and very popular in Lithuanian community in LA especially with newly arriving immigrants from Lithuania, who dont speak english and the only connection to god is lithuanian language mass in St.Casimirs church by father S.Anuzis. I know him for many years and I testify ,that he is the best priest any parish can hope to have, who would drive in the middle of the night from my Palm Springs house to be ready for 6am mass in LA. We kindly urge you cardinal R.Mahoney to return father S.Anuzis to his duties ASAP. I am President of LA lithuanian American Community

In the name of the Lithuanian American Community of New York, I want to say how much we admire and respect LA's St. Casimir's Parish and Lithuanian parishioners. They are a shining example of a truly unified ethnic Roman Catholic Lithuanian Community. We join in prayer and hope with the St. Casimir parishioners to speedily reinstate their beloved Father Anuzis, the heart of their parish. R. Zukas, President Lithuanian American Community New York District.
