Show Your Support for Whole Foods

Target:
Whole Foods Market, Inc.
Sponsored by:

As I believe most of you are aware Whole Foods CEO, John Mackey, wrote an Op/Ed article expressing his own views on Obama's health care reform dubbed by some ObamaCare. All Mr. Mackey did was express his own personal views on an important (and growingly controversial) subject in America. Is that not what freedom of speech entitles all of use to? These views were not of Whole Foods, but of an individual who wanted his opinion know. Shouldn't we as Americans encourage debate and discussion on all topics to bring in all opinions and diversity? Sadly the far-left does not share these views and have established many petitions boycotting Whole Foods and demanding John Mackey's termination as CEO. But why such outrage, Whole Foods has provided good products for years now and supported many noble causes. They have supported house, food programs, education, and medical help for the poor in South America and Africa. They have provided products of fair trade origins and of environmentally friendly materials. They have also brought organic, vegetarian, and vegan foods to the market. And though I don't condone the eating of meats Whole Foods provides antibiotic, hormone free meat and has an establish anti-abuse or cruelty network of suppliers. Anyway, if you support Whole Foods and believe there CEO, John Mackey, should have the right just as anyone else to be free to express their views without fear of attack, sign this petition today.

I thinks it's absurd when people are intimidated to the point of being afraid to speak their mind and heart. What is this administration doing to the people? I admire this man that spoke his piece as much as Miss former California did when she spoke hers. These people and their message should make the rest of the Americans stop and think a little. It's a bad signal to send people if you are afraid of saying what you feel and believe. Our country is begining already to sound like China and Russia and I totaly blame it on this administration!Down with all this Czar poo poo! O Bama needs to go to another country and be their dictator The USA has maintained very well without one, thank you!!!!

I've always been a fan Whole Foods Market. But now after the recent attack from those who don't approve of anyone else having a difference of opinion. I have decided to become a die hard fan of Whole Foods Market.

I previously did not shop at Whole Foods, because the closest lactation is 19 miles from my home. After hearing of the outrageous attack on freedom of speech coming from the boycott organized by the Obama sheep, I have started making several trips a month not only to take advantage of an excellent store but to show my support for freedom of speech. The price of gasoline is a small amount to support our freedoms.

If the left actually read the article they might understand what he is trying to say instead of bashing anyone who opposes their view.

I agree with the stance Whole Foods have taken and we are entitled to free speech. What we need is less government !

I really enjoy shopping at Whole Foods and now support it even more now than ever. The left cannot and will not take Out Freedom of Speech away from us!!!! How can it be called Freedom of Speech when the left only wants to hear from people who are on their side! All sides need to be heard and listen too. I support CEO John Mackey 100%!!!!!

We should be a country of people who allow our voices to be heard (even when we dissagree). To stiffle the voice of those whom you dissagree with will only produce a country without freedom and liberty.

Mackey is a good caring thoughtful man as shown by his caring actions throughout his life. Do not let the hardcore leftist intimidate anyone from speaking their mind. I also agree with Mackey, we do need reform but not what is currently being offered.
