Avoid Any More Car Accident Deaths Near Our Community...

The issue is noticing that there had been a couple of incidents near my home town where a couple of drivers may have been able to avoid their accident from becoming fatal. The road close to town is a unexpected turn that has taken lives that were dear to us.
My goal is is simple and will carry also sentimental value to our community. A guardrail can be placed there with a small walkway where family can still go see the site. Thank you, have a blessed day.
