Ice Complex in the Kai Tak Multi-purpose Sports Complex Project

We would like to petition the HK Government to include an Ice Complex in the Kai Tak Multi-purpose Sports Complex Project. The Ice Complex is to include facilities for curling, figure skating, ice hockey and speed skating. The facility is for community use, elite training and hosting international championships.
