Using driveway to work on vehicles

It is being stated that I am performing automotive repairs on vehicles in my "driveway" at 3697 W. Vincent Ln. Someone has taken pictures of a vehicle parked in the driveway but "does not" show any automotive repair being done in the driveway. It states in the HOA rules that doing work on vehicles is permitted in the garage but not the driveway. Since presiding at the residence, I have not done any automotive repair in the driveway. On 7/25/2016, I have a hearing regarding the said issue of me doing automotive repair in my "driveway."
