Fine NFL refs for bad calls !

All NFL teams have plays that are bad calls by the referees and we all know that they cant get them all right every time. But when you have plays that are reviewed and they still come back saying the play was a correct call on the field. This is a billion dollar industry and players get fined for their wrong actions , so should the refs ! I don't care if people that think the refs aint partial to one team or the other and that they don't hate others more than another , they are only human. If they are held to a standard they will have to be fair to every team the same or it will cost them !!
