Petition for service members to be able to put their hands in their pockets.

For too long we have had to deal with superiors telling us that we cannot rest our hands within our pockets due to comfort or protection from the elements or just straight not giving a fuck. How many times have you been told to take your hands out of your pockets by superiors just for them to turn their backs and do the same thing we've been doing... I mean what the fuck! We need to stop this abuse and hypocrisy now!
