Extensive Background Checks For Elected Politicians

Politicians are calling for extensive background checks of upstanding american citizens who have committed no crimes.Well how would they feel if the same kind of checks were done into their backgrounds?Just consider how they Lie,Cheat,& Steal just to get elected,then it escalates after winning office.Do they really want "WE THE PEOPLE" to know who finance them to Rip us off?What about all the Back Room/Under the Table Deals.Most sell us out & become Multi-Millionairs while we struggle just to keep food on the table and a roof over the heads of our families.Please feel free to ignore this petition if you are doing so well and trust the direction of this country.
