Palm Beach County Officials just recently seized and rescued 10 animals from a home in questionable conditions. The owners of the home were allegedly under scrutiny and previously warned about the care of their animals but given time to bring things up to code. The owners never complied.

It appeared that the home was under construction and living quarters for the animals in poor condition. The animals appeared to be confined in cages and most had no water. Currently the owner is not facing any charges and we want to ensure we get justice for these 10 seized animals. We are asking law authorities to investigate the rescue of these eight dogs and two cats at the Acreage to determine any wrongdoing that would warrant possible charges. You can help in our efforts by signing and sharing this petition so that the animals can be rehabilitated and find good permanent homes.

Palm Beach Law Enforcement, Daniel Szarszewski Deputy Chief – We urge you to do a thorough investigation into the seizure of 10 animals in the Acreage of Palm Beach County to determine if there was any wrongdoing on the part of the owner of the pets. Supposedly, this person has already been warned and asked to meet certain specifications regarding the care of these animals but those warnings went ignored. If there is evidence of guilt and wrongdoing, the owner needs to be held accountable and face charges.
