Letting me Keep Juno the Bengal Cat

  • by: Aymon Fournier
  • recipient: Juno's previous owner who left me this cat for a year.

Because I witness and helped Juno see the world. At first he was terrified, and now he and I can walked around busy streets of DC, because we communicate well, and he and I h ave gone on enough walks, with enough communication, that now he feels safe in the middle of the city: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHBBiJHNMWE

He walks with me on sidewalks, with and without a leash, depending on how I perceive his mood. He takes me on nighttime jaunts, knowing he has 26ft on the extendable lease, and lets me chase after him, never straying from the sidewalk, because of my 5 hours training sessions with him.

He asked me for a shower, by licking a dry bathtub faucet. I witnessed his intelligence and complied: I turned on the faucet, and he had no fear; he stayed as I turned the shower head on, and drank the drops: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkyH2FSov1w

The previous owner wants to tell me I am but a temporary foster parent: https://www.docdroid.net/xu0F4V7/

But I feel Juno loves me and would be sad if he had to part with me. And I know I would be.

Everyone seems to agree: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1EKK7IygMs
