Advocate for vulnerable dogs and other pets!
Some reasons this petition is important...
Because of canine biology, dogs are more susceptible to heatstroke than humans.
The interior of parked cars heat rapidly. For example, on days as cool as 70 degrees, a vehicle’s internal temperature reaches 100 degrees in roughly twenty minutes.
The consequences of canine heatstroke include breathing problems, irregular heartbeat, kidney failure, seizures and even death.
