Help dogs in Black Sea area !!!

Almost every dogs in Black Sea area can't escape serious skin disease, the so called "Black Death". This disease takes them slowly to death.
Only one veterinar volunteer afford expenses and cares from his own pocket without any ather support. it's time to give him our concrete help.
