For you care2 member to know: There are so many places which sell ”superfoods” that you cannot even count them.

If you see a package which is ment to be superfood, read very carefully what it says. If there is any adds at all it is not any more SUPERFOOD. According to finnish law everything must be written in the package.

I just bought 30 liters of blueberries collected from woods...yes here in Lapland. I have eat them straight but not all. What you can do is put them in little boxes into the freezer. When you take one of those you can add a bit of brown or indian sugar. That is not bad at all.

I also bought 30 kg organic strawberries called ”Laplands Strawberry”, there are not any bugs and here they should not use any pests because of that. Can you believe, I eat in few days 5 kg's of them. Then I put 10 kg's into freezer and made jam (or jelly don't know which word to use) of 15 kg's . At the same time I made two strawberry cheesecakes into the freezer. The Lain name is Vaccinium myrtillus; that's the most important superood.

If you buy in internet you never know the adds. I also have bought dried Acai berries without any adds. But if you try to buy pineapple or papaya dried there is adds where I have seen them. In South Finland there are anything but not North.

If you want to use superfoods you have to be very careful and look what you have in the food.

All which is dried, freezed or bought fresh and are organic are superfood.

This year has been here very bad for the cloudberries and because we has frost at the time they had to bloom there are none. If they bloomed later then we have had awfull rains every day looked like whole swimmingpools had raining. That takes off all Cloudberry flowers at least.
