Demand Lunch Breaks, for Para Transit Drivers in Ontario, Canada

Labour law in Ontario, Canada states that " Drivers in the transportation industry are not entitled to a lunch break. " Truckers may take their lunch break whenever they want as they have no human cargo on board but para transit drivers may do so only when they have no passengers on their bus which may happen only after 4, 5 or even more hours of driving. Washroom breaks are also often precarious resulting in some diabetic drivers getting dizzy while driving and drivers with kidney problems having blood in their urine. According to the toothless and often useless Ontario Ministry of Labour para transit drivers are treated the same as truckers.
