Force the mayor of New York to get rid of the Rats and clean our city

The City has become infested with Diseased Rats that are no longer normal sizes. They run around no longer afraid of us humans. They are in our parks, by our restaurants , and near our homes. Force the mayor and the city to put poison and traps to get rid of all the rats and to keep the area clean so we can once again live in a clean neighborhood.
