I believe my country is under attack by a foreign nation using a private legal system franchise operating under colour and guise of law in our own courts to wage a covert war against us.

Odd that it doesn%u2019t matter even that there is a complete party change in the society of CANADA, the incoming Minister of Justice supports the selection of his opponent, the outgoing Minister of Justice in his choice of appointment to the Supreme Court. Of course, to point out that all three of these dual citizenship characters serve the same foreign state would make it a little too obvious that the strategy for securing the realm is nothing more than the slavery policies for a new American century. These foreigners have stolen our sovereign right to freedom.

Slavery is the opposite of being free. We have been losing our freedom in our own country one piece of legislation at a time. The foreign corporation that controls our government does nothing more than enact legislation to enrich their Treasury. Their foreign owned corporation called CANADA is bankrupt. It is hundreds of billions of dollars in debt and never had the lawful right to strap private Canadian citizens with the debts incurred by their public employees. We are attacked from within.

As a free man, I do not vote for this foreign owned corporation to provide government or any other services to me. Nobody else has the legal right to enter me into a contract either. Thus, The Charter of Rights and Freedoms which is part of the Constitution of Corporate CANADA states that the Constitution of CANADA does not apply to me. Read Section 32 to confirm that this contract only applies to employees of CANADA and not to the private citizens of this country. Section 52 of the Constitution states that it is the Supreme law of CANADA (the corporation) and all other Acts enacted by CANADA fall under the aegis of the Constitution of CANADA. In other words, none of the myriad of Acts for controlling the government or the civil service can be lawfully applied to the private citizens of Canada. To do so is fraud, slavery and genocide. Only the public (government employees) have entered into an agreement with their employer. A legal contract requires full disclosure, mutual consideration and mutual agreement. The Income Tax Act of Canada isn%u2019t even written by Canada. It is written by a privately owned Belgium corporation called CCH Canadian.
