ALLOW CANNIBIS FOR RECREATIONAL USE NOW !

Right now there are states that allow weed, used for medical and recreational uses. In the first day their state like Illinois made over a million dollars the first day . I think the money that comes in, should go to schools, roads, and other things like helping the homeless, feeding the hungry .The money could go to other causes as well,
