Demand the removal of the Tribunal banning system from League of Legends

There are several reasons why the League of Legends Tribunal banning system should be removed from the game and people that have been wrongfully banned by this system should have their bans lifted. In this petition I will go over some key points that back up my previous statement so please read it in its entirety. 

Extremely Biased Banning System
For anyone that has actually used the Tribunal banning system you would know that it is extremelly biased. I assume at least, and this is the bare minimum, that 70% of the people that log into the Tribunal system simply click Punish as opposed to Pardon. This is the easy route of course. People assume that if the person was reported than they obviously did something wrong so they need to be banned. Again, at least 50% of the time this is wrong. People are being reported for simply calling someone a "noob" and getting reported by 4 people that are probably friends with eachother and getting warnings and/or bans. I've even seen instances where people have used racial slurs and profanity IN THEIR REPORTS and nothing happens to them. The system is defintely not being use the way it should be. Most people report people for the simple reason that they don't like them. Not because they are annoying, not because they are feeding, not even because they are bad. Simply because they do not like them.

The Banning System Is Too Harsh
There is very little a person can do that would constitute them from getting banned from a video game, aside from cheating. If a person is being obnoxious or swearing that should not get them removed from the game. A new feature Riot games has recently implemented is, when returning from a suspension due to verbal harassment you are now chat blocked for 10 games. First of all, you are double punishing people for the one offence they commited. Second of all, THAT SHOULD BE THE ONLY PUNISHMENT YOU DISH OUT. If a person is being a pest due to being verbally abusive, mute them. If they are intentionally feeding in a game, block them from joining Normal and Ranked games for a limited time. 

Banning From A Free Game With A Cash Shop Is Silly
Riot Games makes its money from the players playing their game. Whether it be from sponsorships from third-party companies, or some kid buying a skin. To ban someone from your game you are taking money out of your pockets and not allowing them to give you more. Once you ban someone, sure they might make another account. But if they spent money on the first one to buy skins and champions and what not, they defintely aren't going to spend more on the new one. 

Another minor point is that the Tribunal rules state that you can rate the game Punish/Pardon after 1 minute after reviewing the game. However, the time on the tribunal itself is only 20 seconds. It's not possible to review all of the games and reports in 20 seconds.

Get this petition signed and hopefully they will listen. I myself and others I know have been wrongfully banned by this system and it needs to change.
