To advocate for special needs populations (mentally handicapped and cognitively impaired elderly individuals) by strengthening the mandated reporting laws concerning sexual, verbal, physical abuse and exploitation,to include punishment for those who fail to report suspected abuse or exploitation of any kind.

Thank you to all who have signed & shared. I have gotten some calls and or letters from members of our General Assembly. Please continue to share. We must advocate for those who can not advocate for themselves.

Thank you for your support. Please continue to share. It is critical to get a strong law in place that punishes mandated reporters who choose not to report all forms of abuse of our special needs & elderly. Many of our special needs & elderly have no one to advocate for them & many agencies do not report abuse or rape to law enforcement or Adult Social Services.
