Colorado USA has a law that allows pet owners to keep there animals on leashes/teather's for there entire life!???? Really? this is sick and wrong as well as abusive, not to mention dangerous as well, if the animal get's loose there is a good chance it might cuase damage to other pets and even people as they have had no interaction with other's ect.. they are left in the cold, in the heat etc... 24 /7, 360 days a year for there intire life? ok lets do that to the governor and see how he/she likes it! please sign my petition to get colorado officials to remove this law and or at least minimize the time they are tied up to a min 8 hr's a day and subjet the owners to heavy fines if found violating the law! thank you for caring and bless you all!
To the Govenor Udall and officilas of colorado! please obolish the chianed for life law that you have passed that allows pet owners to chain and teather there pets for life this is cruel and inhumane and should be considered animals abuse! how would you like it if it where you! have aheart man! and remember you will be judged for your actions come judgment day!
